How to poop after hernia surgery?

Constipation is common after surgery so hydrating your body is very important. You can drink a full ounce of water with your prescribed medications. Eat fibrous food and yogurt for a healthy bowel movement. Even if your surgeon forgets to tell you after-surgery complications just ask him for laxatives for constipation before hospital discharge.
